Hague Institute Formalizes Cooperation with the Observer Research Foundation (New Delhi)

On Thursday, 14 October, The Hague Institute signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in New Delhi. The signing took place in the context of an official visit to India by a high-level delegation from the City of The Hague.

The Hague Institute is represented during this visit by Distinguished Fellow Nikola Dimitrov, Former Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Mr. Dimitrov signed the MoU together with Mr. Samir Saran, Vice President for Development and Outreach at ORF, during the India Conference on Cyber Security and Cyber Governance.

The MoU formalizes the long-standing cooperation between The Hague Institute and ORF on the Global Governance Reform Initiative project and makes a commitment to seeking further opportunities for collaboration. The signing of the MoU contributes to a principal goal of the mission that is currently underway, which is to increase cooperation between The Hague and knowledge institutes in India.
