Francis Camstra

Program Officer, ACCESS Facility

Francis Camstra obtained her LL.M. degree in Public International Law at Leiden University in 2009. After graduation, she worked on a human rights related research project of the Dutch section of the International Commission of Jurists, and managed projects at the International Criminal Law Network and the World Legal Forum foundation. She is a board member at a law clinic in the Netherlands, focused specifically on the rights of the child.

Prior to working for ACCESS, Francis worked as a project manager on the HUGO project, through which ACCESS was established in 2012.
