The Hague Institute for Global Justice Officially Launched

On Friday June 10 2011 The Hague Institute for Global Justice was officially launched in The Hall of Knights (Ridderzaal) in the presence of H.R.H. Princess Margriet of the Netherlands.

An impressive group of 350 people gathered for speeches by Mayor Jozias van Aartsen, Deputy Prime Minister Maxime Verhagen and Interim Dean Professor Nico Schrijver. Highlight of the day was a panel discussion with Secretary Madeleine Albright, Dr Kamal Hossain and Professor Louise Fresco, moderated by Professor Barbara Oomen.
