Ingredients for Successful Peacekeeping

The Hague Institute President, Dr. Abi Williams, recently spoke with Bruno Braak, founder and author of video blog War and Peace Talk (WAPT). Dr. Williams discussed issues affecting Syria, conflict prevention, and the responsibility to protect (R2P).
