Seminar on the Psychological Rehabilitation of Victims

On 16 March 2015, The Hague Institute in partnership with the Embassy of Latvia and the Trust Fund for Victims organized a seminar on “The Psychological Rehabilitation of Victims”. The keynote speaker was Dr. Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga, former President of Latvia and Board Member of the Trust Fund for Victims.

Dr. Vīķe-Freiberga was joined by panelists Mr. Curt Goering, Executive Director, Centre for Victims of Torture; Ms. Kristin Kalla, Senior Programme Officer, Trust Fund for Victims; and Ms. An Michels, Psychologist, Victims and Witnesses Unit, ICC.
